CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Delta Board is pleased to advise Shareholders that Mr Mfundiso Johnson Ntabankulu (“JJ”) Njeke,
BCom, BCompt (Hons), CA (SA), H Dip Tax Law, has been appointed as independent non-executive director
of Delta with effect from 1 April 2017.
JJ was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1990-1994. In 1994 he co-founded Kagiso Trust
Investments (Pty) Limited (“KTI”), a broad-based Black Economic Empowerment company, with the late
Mr. Eric Molobi. He served as Managing Director of KTI and on various boards in the Kagiso Group until his
resignation in June 2010. He is the Executive Chairman of Silver Unicorn Coal and Minerals (Pty) Limited. He
serves as Chairman of Adcorp Holdings Limited, MMI Holdings Limited and Black Management Forum
Investment Company Limited (“BMFI”). He is a Director of Sasol Limited and Datatec Limited.
