shareholders that the Company was informed on 2 March 2017, that Investec Asset Management Holdings
Proprietary Limited has disposed of Exxaro shares and their beneficial interest in the securities of the
Company therefore now equates to 4.6811% of the total issued ordinary shares in the Company.
