TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the next period to
be reported on will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding
period.
Shareholders are advised that earnings per share and headline earnings per share
for the six month period ended 31 December 2016 is expected to be 47.5% lower
than that of the previous period ended 31 December 2015 down to 0.42 cents per
share from 0.80 cents per share.
