RESIGNATION OF THE COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that
Sekretari Proprietary Limited, represented by CD Du Plessis, has
resigned as Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 April
2017.
The Board is considering the appointment of a new company
secretary and expects to announce the details thereof in due
course. In the interim, the CFO, Mr Warren Prinsloo, has been
appointed as the acting Company Secretary.
