CORRECTION OF THE DATE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the condensed audited consolidated results for the year ended
31 December 2016 and dividend announcement published on SENS on 23 March 2017
(“Announcement”), wherein it was incorrectly stated that Metair’s annual general meeting (“AGM”) will
be held on Friday, 5 May 2017.
Shareholders are advised that the AGM will be held on Thursday, 4 May 2017, as stated in the notice
of AGM mailed to shareholders.
All other details contained in the Announcement remain unchanged.
