NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING THE CORPORATE UPDATE OF THE DIAMONDCORP PLC SHARES
Noteholders are advised of the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) announcement released, on the
alternative exchange of the JSE Limited (“the JSE”) in terms of the Diamond Corp PLC (“DiamondCorp” or
“the Company”) Corporate Update on 3 April 2017 whereby DiamondCorp, the Guarantor to the Soapstone
ZAR40,000,000.00 14% Fixed Rate Senior Secured Convertible Registered Bonds, provided an update in
terms of DiamondCorp’s discussions with Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa ("IDC") and
the termination of discussions between the Business Rescue Practitioner and the Association of Mining &
Construction Union ("AMCU") without a settlement being reached on a collective agreement to allow care
and maintenance to commence.
