Requirements, the following information is disclosed:
For personal reasons, Mr Gavin James Halliday will be resigning as
an independent non-executive director of Comair Limited (and his
associated positions on the Audit Committee and Risk Management
Committee), with effect from 5 April 2017. The Comair Board thanks
Mr Halliday for his valuable contribution to the Board over the past
6 years.
