Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 6 April 2017, Mr Andile Mazwai, formerly an independent non-
executive director of the Company, will now be categorised as a non-independent non-executive director of the
Company, due to his recent appointment as an executive director and the chief operating officer of Rebosis Property
Fund Limited, the Company’s controlling shareholder.
New Frontier has a dual primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and the Alternative
Exchange of the JSE.
