ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN FINBOND ORDINARY SHARES
Shareholders of Conduit Capital are advised that pursuant to the acquisition of beneficial interests in the
ordinary shares of Finbond Group Limited (“Finbond”):
- RVF, Ithuba Investments LP and Conduit Capital are now able to exercise more than 35% of the voting
rights attached to the issued ordinary shares in Finbond; and
- RVF will accordingly be making an offer (“Offer”) to acquire Finbond ordinary shares from Finbond
shareholders.
A firm intention announcement will be made as soon as the terms of the Offer have been finalised.
