TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”), regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Holdsport received formal
notification on 10 April 2017 that Coronation Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Limited
(“Coronation”), on behalf of their segregated clients, have, in aggregate, acquired a portion of
interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company held by Coronation increased to 10.64% of the total issued ordinary
shares of the Company.
