Further to the cautionary announcement dated 27 February 2017, Blue Label shareholders
(“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the process regarding the conclusion of the relevant
transaction agreements which encapsulate the principles contained in the binding umbrella restructure
agreement is progressing as expected.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a further announcement is made.
