DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of LowVolTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 31 March 2017. The distribution of 23.33170 cents per LowVolTrax security will be comprised
as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 13.72194 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 2.74439 cents
Resultant net dividend 10.97755 cents
Gross REIT Distribution 7.34407 cents
(No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
holders)
Non-residents:
Local Dividends withholding Tax (20%) 1.46881 cents
Net dividend 5.87526 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 2.26569 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 0.45314 cents
Resultant net dividend 1.81255 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of LowVolTrax securities who were recorded in the register
on 31 March 2017 and will be paid on 20 April 2017.
