DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of PrefTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 31 March 2017. The distribution of 25.82618 cents per PrefTrax security will be comprised as
follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 25.61144 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 5.12229 cents
Resultant net dividend 20.48915 cents
Interest 0.21474 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of PrefTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
31 March 2017 and will be paid on 20 April 2017.
