DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of CoreShares EWTop40 securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of
the quarter ended 31 March 2017. The distribution of 44.00373 cents per CoreShares EWTop40
security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 27.02719 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20%) 5.40544 cents
Resultant net dividend 21.62175 cents
Gross REIT Distribution 9.12223 cents
(No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
holders)
Non-residents:
Local Dividends withholding Tax (20%) 1.82445 cents
Net dividend 7.29778 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross) 6.49823 cents

The distribution will be made to all holders of CoreShares EWTop40 securities who were recorded in
