DEALING IN SECURITIES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
Shareholders are hereby advised that on 29 March 2017, The Serebro Family Trust, an associate of
Mervyn Serebro, who is a director of Vukile and a trustee and beneficiary of
The Serebro Family Trust, effected an off-market transfer of 25 524 Vukile ordinary shares
with a deemed price per share of R19.40 (the deemed value of the transaction being R495 166.60)
to two unit trusts, resulting in Mervyn Serebro no longer having a beneficial interest in the shares.
