CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that Ms Mamsy A Mokate (“Ms Mokate”) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
of Brikor, with effect from 12 April 2017.
Ms Mokate holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. She is currently the Acting Chief
Financial Officer at the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa. She has served on numerous audit
committees.
The board welcomes Ms Mokate to Brikor.
