CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
of the following change to the composition of DAWN’s board of directors (“Board”):
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Chris Booyens (59) as Chief
Financial Officer and Financial Director of the Company with effect from 1 May 2017. Mr
Booyens is a qualified Chartered Accountant South Africa CA(SA) and a member of the
South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mr Booyens has several years’ experience in the building industry as Group Financial
Director of Iliad Africa Limited. He has also served as Financial Executive and Executive
Director at Tiger Brands Limited for more than a decade.
The Board welcomes Chris and looks forward to the contribution he will make to the
Company with his significant experience in listed environments and in turnaround
situations.
