CHANGE IN YEAR-END
Shareholders are advised that the Board of Directors of the
Company has approved a change in the Company’s financial year-
end from 30 November to 30 June with effect from 30 June 2017.
To comply with paragraphs 3.15, 3.16, 3.19, 3.20 and 3.21 of
the JSE Listings Requirements, Stellar Capital will:
- Publish on SENS, the interim financial statements for
the 6-month period ending 31 May 2017 on or before 31 August 2017;
- Publish on SENS, the provisional annual financial
statements for the 7-month period ending 30 June 2017 on
or before 30 September 2017;
- Distribute to shareholders, the annual financial
statements for the 7-month period ending 30 June 2017 on
or before 31 December 2017; and
- Publish on SENS, the interim financial statements for
the 6-month period ending 31 December 2017 on or before
31 March 2018.
