NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that EPP’s integrated report, incorporating the audited consolidated financial statements for the
period from 4 January 2016 to 31 December 2016, has been dispatched to shareholders today, 20 April 2017 and contains
no changes from the condensed consolidated financial statements released on SENS on 9 March 2017. A copy of the
integrated report is available on the company’s website: www.echo-pp.com.
The integrated report is accompanied by a notice of annual general meeting which will be held at 10h00 Central European
Time on Friday, 19 May 2017 at the Pinnacle Tower at Muiderstraat 1, 1011 PZ, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
In accordance with Dutch law, the record date for the annual general meeting is Friday, 21 April 2017 and the last day to
trade in order to attend and, if applicable, vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday, 18 April 2017.
