Tawana Resources NL – Request for Trading Halt
In accordance with listing rule 17.1, Tawana Resources NL (ASX:TAW) requests a trading halt to be placed
on the Company’s securities pending a material transaction involving an offtake agreement.
The Company requests the securities remain in pre-open until the earlier of the announcement to the
market or the commencement of trade on Wednesday 26 April 2017.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
