Shareholders are referred to the joint announcement released on SENS on 19 April 2017 by enX Group Limited and
eXtract wherein eXtract shareholders were advised, inter alia, that eXtract intends to establish a new funding model
for future diverse resource investments via the creation of a significant black owned and controlled investment
company to co-fund and identify funding opportunities (the “Investment Fund”).
Shareholders are advised that a copy of the eXtract Resources Fund investor presentation, which contains further
