Investors are hereby advised that, pursuant to an agreement reached with the note holder, the interest
payment for RPS002 due for the period 30 January 2017 to 28 April 2017, will not be settled on the interest
due date on 28 April 2017 but will be paid together with the next interest payment due on 30 July 2017.
Interest earned on the interest payment due 28 April 2017 will be settled on 30 July 2017.
