Block Listing Application
Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a block listing of 250,000 Ordinary shares of 25 pence each (‘Shares’) to be
admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
These Shares will be issued and allotted pursuant to the terms of the Company’s Savings
Related Share Option Scheme. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the
existing Shares of the Company.
Admission is expected to be effective on 28 April 2017.
