Shareholders are informed that Pallinghurst’s Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2016 (the
“Annual Report”) is now available on the Pallinghurst website www.pallinghurst.com. The Financial Statements
contained within the Annual Report contain no modifications to Pallinghurst’s Audited Annual Results for the
year ended 31 December 2016 which were published on the Securities Exchange News Services of the JSE
Limited on 29 March 2017.
Notice is also hereby given that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 11 New Street, St Peter
Port, Guernsey on Wednesday, 12 July 2017 10.00 am.
The Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting are expected to be posted to shareholders on or
around 19 May 2017.
