The board of Group Five advises that non-executive director Babalwa Ngonyama, has announced
her resignation from the board with effect from May 5, 2017.
We thank Babalwa for her contribution to the group over the last 3 years and wish her well in her
future endeavours.
As announced previously, a process of recruiting three non-executive directors to balance the
board and enhance its diversity, has been initiated.
