LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SECURITIES
DBXUS has issued and listed an additional 3 000 000 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately R30.16 per security. Following the listing of these
securities, there will be 156 000 000 DBXUS securities in issue.
