APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND DIRECTOR
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised that
Ms Cheryl-Jane Kujenga has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and an executive
director of Adcorp with effect from 1 July 2017.
Ms Kujenga, a CA (SA), has 20 years’ commercial experience with the previous nine years having
been spent as a partner at EY. At EY she has been involved in an advisory capacity to various
industries including technology, telecommunications, manufacturing, infrastructure, retail,
healthcare and financial services and also served on the Accounting Standards Board (South
Africa) for six years.
The Board welcomes Ms Kujenga in her new role and looks forward to her contribution to the
group.
