DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN SPUR
CORPORATION
In accordance with section 122 (3) (b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as
amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received formal
notification in the prescribed form of the following movement in the securities
of the Company:
Grand Food Investments 3 Proprietary Limited, a subsidiary of Grand Parade
Investments Limited (“Grand Parade”), has acquired a 7.48% beneficial
interest in the Company’s securities, such that the total interest in the
securities of the Company held by Grand Parade has increased to 17.48% of
the total issued share capital of the Company.
