Amendments to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements
The JSE is proposing new requirements to the JSE Debt Listings Requirements (the “Debt
Requirements”) relating to the Green Segment.
The new requirements along with an explanatory memorandum will be available on the JSE’s website
(Route: Companies & Issuer Regulation/Issuer Regulation – Announcements regarding Listings
Requirements).
The new requirements should be read together with the explanatory memorandum.
We invite comments on the amendments to the Debt Requirements by close of business on Tuesday,
13 June 2017 and comments can be sent directly to nicolask@jse.co.za.
