RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements, Oakbay Resources
regrets to announce that Mr. Mark Pamensky; an independent non-executive
director; chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Company's Risk;
Nomination; Social, Ethics and Remuneration committees; has tendered his
resignation with effect from 10 June 2017.
The Board of Directors, in conjunction with the Nomination Committee, shall
immediately commence the process of appointing an independent non-executive
director to fill the vacancy that has arisen as a result of Mr. Pamensky's resignation;
and shareholders will be advised accordingly in this regard.
The Board of Directors would like to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to Mr.
Pamensky for his hard work and valuable contribution to the Company.
