CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Johan Ferreira, has resigned as Group Financial Director with immediate effect.
Richard Buttle has been appointed as acting Group Financial Officer (“CFO”) with immediate effect,
until further notice.
Richard is the former CFO of Metrofile Holdings Limited with an active role including the successful
turnaround of the group, financial restructuring, acquisitions as well as growth and development of
the group. He has, since November 2014 performed consulting roles and started a business with a
partner in the home solar market offering a simple solution and financing options.
