Cancellation of AIM listing and update on AltX delisting
DiamondCorp, today announces that pursuant to Rule 41 of the AIM Rules for Companies,
the Company’s admission to trading on AIM will be cancelled with effect from 7.00 am (GMT)
on 15 May 2017.
The suspension to trading in the Company’s shares on the JSE Limited (“JSE”) remains
effective whilst discussions are being held with the JSE in order to facilitate a delisting from
the AltX sector of the JSE. Shareholders will be advised of the outcome of these discussions
in due course by notice on the Company’s website and by an announcement on the Stock
Exchange News Service of the JSE in South Africa.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of the Market
