Shareholders are advised that on 15 May 2017, Astoria received notification from Peregrine Equities (Pty) Ltd
(“Peregrine Equities”) of the acquisition by Peregrine Equities of Astoria shares such that Peregrine Equities now
holds 15.57% of Astoria’s total issued shares.
Astoria has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd, and a secondary listing on the AltX of the JSE
and the main board of the NSX.
