TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES
In compliance with Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (“Act”)
and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011, shareholders are
informed that Sappi received the following notification on 16 May 2017 :
- acquisition of shares by Public Investment Corporation (SOC) Limited (“PIC”),
such that PIC’s total beneficial interest in the Company as of 16 May 2017 has
increased to 15.686% of the issued capital of the Company.
