Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 03 May 2017 is 7.342% p.a. (“JIBAR”).
Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 03 August 2017 (*Modified Following), for the period
03 May 2017 to 02 August 2017, will be calculated based on a rate of 11.342% p.a. (400bps over JIBAR).
* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day. However, if the first business day after the weekend or public holiday
falls in a new calendar month the last business day before the weekend / public holiday will be used instead.
