shareholder that it seeks to call an extraordinary general meeting, to reconstitute
the board of directors of Group Five (the “Board”), following a disagreement with
the Board on the future direction of the Company.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
