CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
notified that the board of directors of the PBT Group (“the Board”) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Arthur Winkler as an independent non-executive director of the Board with effect from
17 May 2017.
Mr. Winkler qualified as a chartered accountant having graduated from the University of Cape Town.
Thereafter, he completed his articles at Moores Rowland International where he remained as an audit
manager before joining Wooltru Limited as a company secretary. Mr. Winkler joined Trematon Capital
Investments Limited in 2008 where he currently fulfils the role of executive director and chief financial
officer.
