DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF REBOSIS SHARES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122 of
the Companies Act 2008, shareholders are advised of the following:
Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Limited (“Coronation”), on behalf of Coronation Group (on
behalf of its clients) has notified the company that accounts under its management have
decreased its holding in Rebosis A ordinary shares such that Coronation now holds 58.17% of the A
ordinary shares in the company.
