RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
board of directors of the Company (the Board) advises that Mrs Jean
Tyndale-Biscoe has resigned as company secretary with effect from 15
June 2017.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Jean for her
valuable contribution to Huge over the past five years, and to wish her
well in her future endeavours.
The Board is in the process of making arrangements for the
replacement of Mrs Tyndale-Biscoe and will publish a further
announcement in this regard as soon as possible.
