Standard and Poor’s assigned its ‘BBB-’ global scale issuer
credit and insurer financial strength ratings to Old Mutual
Life Assurance Company (South Africa) Limited (OMLACSA). The
‘zaAA-‘ South African national scale rating remains unchanged.
The negative outlook on the long-term global scale rating
reflects that on the long-term sovereign credit ratings on
South Africa. The new ratings are effective from May 19, 2017.
