Trading statement
In terms of paragraph 3.4 (b) of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) Listings Requirements, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as a reasonable degree of certainy exists that the
financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from the previous
corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that Imbalie Beauty is in the process of finalising its results for the the
year ended 28 February 2017. It is anticipated, with a reasonable degree of certainty, that the
anticipated basic and headline loss per share will be between 2.3 cents and 2.7 cents (2016:
basic and headline loss of 0.29 cents per share) which equates to a decline of more than 100% in
basic and headline loss per share.
The Company’s financial results for the year ended 28 February 2017 are expected to be
released at the end of May 2017.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed by
Imbalie Beauty’s auditors.
