APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Tiger Brands
board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Swazi Tshabalala as independent non-
executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Swazi has more than 20 years’ professional experience in risk management, finance,
treasury, investments, project and general management. Swazi is currently a non-executive
director of South African Airways and Standard Bank Group Limited.
The board welcomes the appointment of Swazi and looks forward to her contribution.
