CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Delta Board is pleased to advise shareholders that Mr Caswell Rampheri, BA Law, LLB, Higher Diploma
in Tax Law, has been appointed as independent non-executive director of Delta with effect from
1 June 2017.
Caswell is the chief executive officer of Buna Group, a diversified development and investment group,
which he established in November 2009. Prior to establishing Buna Group, Caswell held positions Chief
Operations Officer, Deputy Managing Director for Liberty Properties and held executive and senior
positions at Pareto Limited, Peermont Global, Old Mutual Properties and Investec Properties. He was
president of the South African Institute of Black Property Practitioners from 2003 to 2007 and established
the Business Against Crime Shopping Centres Anti-Crime program in 2006. Caswell is the co-author of
SAPOA Methods of Measuring Floor Space and the founder of Africa Real Estate Publication.
