Shareholders are advised that the implied yield for the Series 5, Class A Preference shares was erroneously
disclosed as being “Prime Rate plus 4% per annum, payable monthly in arrears, not compounded”. The
correct implied yield for Series 5, Class A Preference shares is “10% per annum, payable monthly in
arrears, not compounded”.
