CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
advised that Mr Marcel von Aulock has resigned as a non-executive director of Hospitality, with effect from
1 June 2017, following his resignation from the board of directors of Tsogo Sun Holdings Limited
(“Tsogo”).
Mr von Aulock represented Southern Sun Hotels Proprietary Limited, the majority shareholder of the
company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Tsogo.
The board of directors of Hospitality (the “Board”) express their gratitude to Mr von Aulock for his
valuable contribution to the company during his tenure and wish him every success for the future.
An announcement in respect of the replacement of Mr von Aulock on the Board will be made in due course.
