CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
This announcement is published in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.
The board wishes to announce that Andre van Onselen has resigned his position as executive
director on the board effective 31 December 2017, after serving as director for 13 years.
The board wishes to express its appreciation to Mr Van Onselen for his significant contribution to
Cashbuild during his tenure of 20 years.
The board will consider succession and composition of the board and will publish a further
announcement in this regard at the appropriate time.
