UPDATE REGARDING THE ISSUE OF THE 2017 INTEGRATED REPORT AND REVISED DATE OF
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 23 May 2017, containing
inter alia, the “Reviewed Provisional Annual Financial Results for the year ended 28 February
2017”, the issue date of the 2017 Integrated Report and the date of the annual general
meeting of the Company for the year ended 28 February 2017 (“AGM”), and are advised that:
• it is expected that the 2017 Integrated Report will be issued on or about 9 June 2017; and
• the AGM will be held at 10:00 on Thursday, 24 August 2017, at the offices of the
Company, First Floor, 3M Building, 146a Kelvin Drive, Woodmead, Johannesburg.
