RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
board of directors of the Company (the Board) advises that Mr David
(“Dave”) Deetlefs has resigned as a director of Huge and its subsidiaries
with effect from 31 May 2017.
The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Dave for his valued
contribution to the Group over the past five years, and to wish him well
in his future endeavours.
