CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are advised that the board of directors of Hospitality (the “Board”)
has appointed Mr Jacques Booysen as a non-executive director of Hospitality with
immediate effect.
Mr Booysen is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) and has been with the Tsogo Sun
Group for the past 10 years. He served in various roles, including as Director - New
Business Development, Director - Gaming Operations, Financial Director - Gaming and
Managing Director - Gaming, prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer of
Tsogo Sun Holdings Limited (“Tsogo”).
Mr Booysen represents Southern Sun Hotels Proprietary Limited, the majority shareholder
of the company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Tsogo.
Hospitality welcomes Mr Booysen to the Board.
