BOARD CHANGES - LAWRENCE HUTCHINGS COMMENCES TENURE AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE
Further to the announcement on 8 February 2017, Capital & Regional, the UK focused specialist retail property REIT, announces
that Lawrence Hutchings has today started as Chief Executive at Capital & Regional, and will officially join the Company?s Board
tomorrow. Lawrence replaces Hugh Scott-Barrett, who becomes Non-Executive Chairman following the retirement of John Clare.
Lawrence Hutchings, Chief Executive, commented: ?I am looking forward to getting going in my new role and to gaining a
deeper understanding of the business together with the many opportunities I believe the portfolio holds, to deliver further value for
shareholders.?
Hugh Scott-Barrett, Non-Executive Chairman, added: ?I have every confidence in handing the reins over to Lawrence at this
stage in the Company?s growth. His skillset and expertise in the retail property sector will be invaluable to its future development.?
